  • Validation according to IEC 61508, IEC 62061, ISO 13849 and the relevant Siemens safety manuals lies exclusively with the user
  • Pin-code and safety-login compliance per the plant risk assessment is the responsibility of the user

Any disregard voids all provider liability.

The software is a tool for qualified professionals. All use is entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Damages that occur despite review are limited to the liability limits defined in the EULA.

The provider is never liable beyond the amount of the license price.
